About Mackenzie
I am currently a special education teacher in the area and I take pride in what I teach. Since going to school for math and middle level education, I have learned that all students learn a different way and I adjust to each learning style. Teaching students to comprehend instead of memorize is my biggest attribute.

I am flexible and help students to understand what they are learning rather than memorize items for a test. I participated in the study buddy tutoring program during my four years at Wilkes University helping students understand important concepts. This is essential when tutoring because students need to understand the material to use for the rest of their lives.
