I care about my students and their growth; and about them as a person. I love sharing stories when appropriate and giving lots of background knowledge about subjects that are of interest to me and to my students. I find that when we share interests it creates a bond of mutual understanding and respect for each other's character, likes and dislikes and creates a good working relationship.
