About Avery
Hi! I'm Avery, an international student from the US. I originally moved to the UK at 16 to pursue my A Levels and higher education in London.
I hold 3 A Levels as well as 3 degrees: BA (King's College London), MSc (LSE), and MPhil (University of Cambridge). I have helped multiple clients go on to get all As at the A Level, and undergraduate + postgraduates achieve First Class Honours on their dissertations!
I am extremely professionally + personally invested and interested in education and all the positives and negatives which come with it. I'm very interested in how and what we teach (pedagogy) and how this can change and adapt for the future. Currently, I run an organization seeking charity status called the Journal of Intersectional Social Justice. If you are a university student seeking tutoring help, do check it out as we publish exclusively university student works!

Avery is an experienced and dedicated professional who has a great love for the education industry. She has worked with organisations such as Coachbright during her undergraduate, and I have seen firsthand the successful effect her tutoring has had on students. Highly Recommend!
Avery is a hardworking person who is always prepared to help people with everything they need and share her creativity with them.
Avery has a thorough understanding of essay structure and language, as such she is an excellent tutor for writing and language. Her research abilities are also second to none, she can find the relevant information for any topic, helping with essay content searches as well.
Avery is by far the best person for tutoring. She’s patient, insightful, and always willing to teach/help others with their problems.
I consider Avery very trustworthy. She has been tutoring since she was 15. She is extremely conscientious and always has the best interest of her students in mind.
Avery is a patient and passionate teacher; smart and hard-working.
If you are struggling with English like I used to, then I would definitely suggest giving her a try: you will not be disappointed. As a classmate of Avery in undergrad, I can vouch that she is a diligent and passionate learner. I don't think she ever missed a lesson! She was always willing to talk with others on the lesson subject (Political Anthropology) and I think she would be able to communicate well as a tutor too.
Avery is a hard working and diligent educator. Having her work at our school in South London with out Y13s was a pleasure!
