My name is Lauren and I’m from New York City but currently live in Denmark! I have been teaching and performing (on stage and film) for over fifteen years. I absolutely love teaching as it is so amazing to see people find their confidence and see results through dancing together.

online lesson would go…
We would first go over your experience (if any) and talk about goals, whether it’s for auditions, getting into shape, getting ready for a performance or just want to have fun.
I then wI’ll create a personal plan which will involve strengthening, flexibility and choreography, along with other important tasks.
