About Hania
My name is Hania. I have been associated with yoga and a healthy lifestyle for a long time.
I started my adventure with becoming a technician as a masseuse. The change in lifestyle and irregular eating made me gain a few large pounds and this is what forced me to go to the gym.
Pure curiosity drove me to yoga. And since then, yoga has been with me all the time.
It was only after several years of training that I found the courage to become a certified yoga teacher.
I learned from the best at the Balinese school.
Now I want to share this knowledge!

Jej praca i starania działają cuda!Hania uczy mnie stacjonarnie. Jej indywidualne lekcje pomogły mi zrzucić zbędne kilogramy! Medytacje pozwoliły na uspokojenie niespokojnego umysłu. Jestem wdzięczna, że spotkałam Hanię w swoim życiu
