About Giorgia
I am extremely passionate about dance and movement. I started studying dance when I was 8 years old in Italy and have been studying in London since 2016, working with big names like Emmanuel Gat, Sharon Eyal, Theo Clinkard, Botis Eva, Carolyn Carlson and more. during all these years I have always discovered new and interesting approaches and ways of movement and what I like the most about teaching is having the possibility of sharing all these teachings with others.
je pratique au moment et prends beaucoup d'inspiration pour mes classes des arts martiaux (tai-chi, qi gong, kung fu), meditation et yoga.

the dance classes are mainly adapted to the demand of the students and what they will work on and develop using the different approaches to the different styles of dance that I offer.
I try to develop and create a complete class (centering, warm-up, improvisation, final choreo), that respects your body and that helps you at the same time to push your limits and develop your knowledge of dance and of yourself.
I offer you a practice that includes: work on the ground, work on body weight, work on balance, on creation and work on how to access your creativity.
