About Deschamps

I have always been a sports fan and from a very young age used to surpass myself. I evolved during 5 years of my adolescence in a professional football training club which transmitted to me its taste for sport. My studies at the university allowed me to broaden my technical and scientific knowledge. Both on motor skills, physiology, and psychology related to sport.

These assets acquired from experience added to an individualized pedagogy to each are a source of success for any motivated person.

About the lesson

The method is simple: Balance your body, strengthen it without traumatizing it! Accustom the muscle and the heart to the effort and increase their capacities.

Suitable for everyone: Man or woman, younger or older, more or less athletic. The goal is not performance but the ability to do or not do, to know how to gauge and adapt the sessions.

Review

All of our reviews are collected by us and are 100% reliable. They correspond to a real experience lived by the students of Deschamps.
