About Tinashe
I want to be a teacher because I am passionate about helping students unlock their full potential, and I have always been inspired by the idea of making a positive impact on young children's lives. My teaching philosophy is built on creating a safe and engaging environment where every student feels valued and is excited to learn. I enjoy breaking down complex topics into understandable parts and tailoring my approach to different learning styles. I am excited to use my skills to create lessons that are not only informative but also hands-on and interactive, helping students see the practical application of what they are learning. I am confident that by fostering a positive and supportive classroom culture, I can help students build the resilience and love for learning that they will carry with them throughout their lives.

My teaching approaches include inquiry-based learning, where students explore and solve problems, and explicit instruction, where teachers directly explain concepts and procedures. This practice, combining hands-on activities, project-based learning, and direct teaching to build foundational knowledge, fostering critical thinking. The teacher also encourages students to use technology to simulate certain concepts.
