About Shreejit

My name is Shreejit Nair. I am a B.P.Ed graduate, Postgraduate in Yogic Science, Certified Boxing and Weightlifting Coach, Reiki Expert and Meditation Counselor. I have trained more than 10,000 people and helped them improve their fitness, confidence and mental strength.
My passion is to help people overcome stress, anxiety and weak lifestyle through a combination of scientific fitness training and yogic practices. I believe true strength comes from both a strong body and a calm mind.
I share my knowledge to help students, professionals and athletes become healthier, stronger and more focused in their daily life through simple, practical and result-oriented methods.

About the lesson

In my classes, I combine Boxing, Weightlifting, Yoga, Meditation and Reiki to create a powerful mind and body transformation program. Being a B.P.Ed graduate and Postgraduate in Yogic Science, I focus not only on physical fitness but also on mental strength, stress relief and anxiety control.
I have trained more than 10,000 people with practical, easy and result-oriented methods. My sessions are suitable for beginners, students, working professionals and athletes. Each class is personalized according to your body type, goals and stress level.
You will improve stamina, strength, flexibility, confidence and inner calmness through a scientific and yogic approach. My aim is to help you become mentally strong, physically fit and stress-free in a natural way.
