About Z
My name is Chelsea. I'm a sport enthusiast, but love a lazy day every now and then! I'm not the biggest fan of dieting; I believe that a good balance between healthy food and tasty treats is ideal.
I have been giving private yoga and pilates level training for 2 years. We focused on cardio and muscle strengthening. We trained three times a week. Although I'm a sports enthusiast, I'm not that learned yet to say I'm a professional, I still have a lot to learn. I have a bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology and am now studying Philosophy. I have a listening ear and accept almost everyone. I hope to see you soon!

My classes are beginner friendly and focus on building cardio and toning muscles. We'll be using more body weight than dumbbells, kettlebells, etc. Both group and private lessons are possible. All lessons last approximately 45 minutes. I have 2 years of experience with private lessons, but only starting with group lessons. The classes are exclusively for women and non-binary, from 19 years old.
The yoga classes are more in the mornings/or evenings. These last between 10 and 45 minutes.
