About Yuhan
I am a gentle and patient teacher, as well as a good listener. Feelings and experiences of students are very important to me, so I will adapt the course content to their needs and hope that they will gradually come to appreciate the joy of learning Chinese and Chinese culture.

I graduated from Beijing Language and Culture University with a degree of Teaching Chinese as a Second language, and I spent a year tutoring international students at the BLCU Preparatory College, answering their questions about their Chinese homework and arranging dictations and tests.
I have great enthusiasm for cross-cultural communication and Chinese language education. My previous study and working experience have enabled me to master a lot of knowledge related to Chinese language education and educational leadership, and I also practiced my adaptability and communication skills by communicating with students of different ages, countries and cultural backgrounds.
My lesson will be 40 mins-60mins, and as I attach great importance to culture in language teaching, my teaching programme will involve more content on traditional Chinese culture, folklore and general knowledge of language usage. I will develop tailored plans for my students (preferably adult beginners) and choose materials and examples according to their personal characteristics and interests.

Perfect! Yuhan always made sure to write down the tricky words that she was saying, so that way I was getting 100% of the new words I encountered. I really like her teaching style.
