About Caroline
Hello! I'm a bilingual English-French educator with several years of teaching experience in the United States, France, and Vietnam, working with children, teenagers, and adults from a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Alongside teaching, I work in documentary film, writing, and the arts, and I'm passionate about languages as a way of connecting people, stories, and cultures. I strive to create a warm, engaging, and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable taking risks and building confidence. Whether through conversation, literature, film, current events, or a student's own interests, I believe learning English should be both effective and enjoyable.

I adapt each lesson to the student's specific needs, whether they're preparing for exams, improving their professional English, or simply looking to gain confidence in conversation. Thanks to my experience teaching in the US, France, and Vietnam, I have a large repertoire of exercises and methods that I tailor to each learner's level and objectives. I also like to personalize lessons around students' interests and passions, because I believe language learning is most engaging and effective when it feels meaningful and relevant.
