About Aylin
Hello, I'm Aylin González.
I'm a dancer, actress, and singer, but I also have another great calling: to be a teacher and guide. My interest in physical training grew out of my stage career, as I understood early on that the body needs preparation, awareness, and strength to sustain itself in any discipline, on or off the stage.
I've been teaching classes in various areas of movement for over six years, and for the past two years, I've developed a personal approach to comprehensive physical training. To achieve this, I've consulted with specialists in physical therapy, calisthenics, and yoga; I've also complemented my training with classes, diplomas, and extensive independent research.
I'm deeply interested in sharing fitness as a tool for life. Getting to know our bodies, understanding their capabilities, and developing their strengths invites us to live with more energy, confidence, and freedom. No matter our age, body type, or previous experience: moving is a right and a possibility for everyone.
