My name is Ms. Boettinger and I’m so excited to tutor! I have three years of teaching experience & would describe my teaching practice as fun, consistent, and engaging. For my teaching practices, I like to establish the importance of schoolwork, and the significance of it in reality. Oftentimes I find lack of motivation in a student to be from a lack of understanding of why the work is useful. Once that background knowledge is covered, students can connect with the material easier. In addition, I’m also a very patient educator and like to make sure what I say is being processed. In lessons with me, expect open-mindedness and a welcoming space to ask questions!
