About Neha
I am from India. During my undergraduate degree in India, I was part of the NSS program, in which I used to teach under privileged students. This was the starting of my interest in teaching. Moving further, during my masters at UBC in Canada, I taught many math subjects to undergraduate students and received good feedback. I am very passionate about explaining complicated math concepts in simple and fun way. Mostly, relating the math with everyday things that makes it possible to understand and remember things. I was volunteer for Math to Power Women initiative in Canada , in which I taught some concepts from college level maths to middle school girls.

I create a study plan in accordance with the knowledge of the student. I focus on making student understand the fundamentals and using them to solve a diverse set of problems. Also, I provide problems which are closely related to real life scenarios to make the math more relatable. I teach using interactive videos and methods to learn the concepts for longer time. I provide feedback and take feedback on continuous basis to make the learning process smooth for both of us.
