About Lorenzo
I am graduated from the hotel school with many years of experience in 5 star luxury kitchens in Italy and abroad. I offer Italian, Mediterranean, French, English and Italian cooking lessons such as bread making, leavened products, Neapolitan pizza. Traditional and modern cuisine. In addition, I explain and compose together with my students menus based on the seasonality of the products and particular themes or requests (e.g. allergies, intolerances, banquets, vegans, raw fish or meat, etc.). In addition to lessons I offer a private dinner service with cooking show in front of the customer with the possibility of interacting.

My approach in the kitchen varies according to the pupil I will teach. My lessons are divided into levels (basic, intermediate, professional). Each of my lessons is made up of a theoretical part of the topic which we will discuss and practice. For each lesson, a dossier will be delivered with in-depth information on the lesson (paper and PDF). Opportunity to develop menus or delicacies with modern techniques such as Sous Vide and Smoking. Possibility of lessons also in English.
