About Giuseppe
I'm Giuseppe, I'm 23 years old, I've always had a strong passion for sports, in fact since I was young I played soccer. My personal experiences, such as practicing sports, the interest in physical and mental well-being, and perhaps also the figure of coaches, inspired me to want to delve deeper into motor sciences. I chose this path to help discover the benefits of physical activity, improve the quality of life and promote a healthy and active lifestyle. My motivation comes from the desire to make a difference, educating through the body and movement.

Per i miei impegni di lavoro avevo bisogno di un percorso che potessi gestire senza dover rispettare orari fissi in palestra, quindi ho scelto di farmi seguire a distanza.
