About Arishma
I am passionate about supporting children and young people in their learning and well-being. I hold a Certificate in Teaching which included studies in child psychology, developmental psychology, motivation, and classroom delivery skills. This training, combined with my hands-on experience in Childcare, has given me a strong understanding of how children learn, develop, and respond to positive guidance and support.
In my childcare role, I supported children with daily routines, supervised activities, and assisted educators in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. I am reliable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a professional standard at all times.
