About Filza
I found out that I am very passionate in helping people when I graduated in 2019. I joined a program to help a group of Japanese students to prepare for their TOEFL test and their research paper. I helped the lecturers to tutor them. In just 30 days, their English skill was significantly better. They were prepared for the test and they passed the test that was held in Toyo University, Japan. I was very glad to know that I was a part of the team that managed to achieve their goal in passing the TOEFL test. Not long after that, I began my career in call centre, helping loyal customers who are in need. Indirectly, I also helped the company to raise brand awareness.
