About Cécile
My name is Cécile, I am 38 years old.
I am rather creative but I put my creativity more at the service of others or expressed it in a rather scattered way.
6 years ago, following a personal turning point, I decided to take more care of myself and that's how I gave time and consideration to my practice of drawing / painting.
Living with someone who takes time and has confidence in their creativity has helped me a lot. I started out on my own at first, trying to get inspiration from her, but her model didn't suit me because I didn't have this intrinsic confidence.
Then I found several guides. The most important ones:
> Julia Cameron's book: the artist way.
> The Life Passeur training that I am currently (2 years). As its name does not indicate, it is a training to learn to know and follow its creative and intuitive side through painting. Via a primarily sensitive learning, supplemented by technical sequences and work from the great artists, I learned to connect to my inner world and to value it. In 1 year, I consolidated my confidence and my practice.
What I remember: trying to build confidence on your own is slow and inefficient. We all need models, at least to start the road.
My initial job is training and leading groups.
I therefore feel ready to transmit and to become the guide of people who are on this path, at my level, until where I can accompany them.

• Your teaching techniques and methods:
Free pedagogy: not to be confused with doing anything. I bring you a framework: confidence and great principles, so that you can make your own choices, tame inspiration and follow your creativity more effectively.
So:
> Individual or small group lessons. Everyone moves at their own pace.
> We build on the positive and step by step. We start where we are comfortable: a tool with which we feel good, a subject that we particularly like (at the moment, me, it's trees).
> Learn your own process creative: learn to observe, make sketches, play with colors, be inspired by artists we love, test materials.
> Fun priming exercises if you don't know what you want to do.
> Learning in practice and as needed ie learning the basic principles when needed and not in a technical course: colors, shapes, light, structure, etc. > Tips that will give strength to your drawings / paintings.
> Benevolent gaze on my part and training in constructive gaze / mutual aid in a group (only if desired)
** Typical course of a course: **
> Reception, we take the time to say hello, to sit down and think about what we want to do today.
> Each one works on his project, adapted to the desire of the day (to continue a work, to work on an aspect, etc ...)
> In bulk if necessary: exercise of relaxation / connection to the inspiration, collective perspective, workshops
> Storage and definition of work at home if desired.
Your specificities as a teacher
Trainer and facilitator in a professional company, I have been developing my creativity for 6 years now and want to share this journey from: "art is not for me, I'm not talented enough / applied / passionate / ..." to: "I draw and I paint because it makes me come alive! Point! ".
My vision of transmission: I transmit what I have already experienced. I do not transmit the drawing or the painting in their pure technicality. I am passionate about the creative process and its learning. Cad everything we know as a child and then unlearn. I am committed to demysthifying the creativity that comes from nowhere and reserved for geniuses, and to transmit the keys to knowledge of this human functioning.
