I know Ketha from school. She is one of my favourite people and she is a fantastic coach. When I say she is supportive and knowledgeable, it doesn’t quite capture her essence. She is one of the most all-rounded people I know and is truly skilful. The wonderful thing about her is that she doesn’t make you feel bad for not knowing. She doesn’t make you feel dumb or inadequate, but teaches you and helps you grow as a person. She has helped me improve in my sport (which is something I take very seriously) and help me learn from my mistakes instead of dwelling on them. Ketha has, more importantly, helped me through life. She is always ready to help you, will make sure that you are confident in your abilities, and to provide the platform to correct yourself. She is a fantastic person and coach. I highly recommend.

Ketha is a very intelligent individual who’s helped me view some of my own personal situations from a different perspective. She’s very honest and direct but also very understanding. She is great at giving advice that addresses situations in a way that doesn’t dismiss any personal feelings.
