I am a 36 yr old personal fitness coach with a Bodybuilding and Physique specialization. I have been coaching for just over 3 years and have led dozens of clients to their best bodies ever. My style of coaching focuses on personalized care, hands-on guidance, and never taking shortcuts such as AI like other trainers do. I abide by my ABCD fitness philosophy
