About Gemma
"Music connects us all because it tells a story that words often miss. I teach guitar because I want to share the joy of playing your favorite songs.
Holding a Bachelor of Music from Nanyang Technological University, I combine theory with real world application. Across 8 years of teaching 94 students, I have refined my approach to include fingerpicking, barre chords, improvisation, soloing, and reading sheet music. We will also cover tuning, maintenance, reading tabs, lead guitar, chord transitions, acoustic technique, and various scales. I look forward to seeing where your musical journey leads next."
