About the lesson

I would first like to know what your goals are, I will then give you the information and methods you’ll need to get to that goal. However I will be 100 percent truthful with you which means if you have an unrealistic goal then I’ll tell you that or if your goal isn’t exactly healthy (for example if you want to lose 50 pounds but you’re already very skinny) then I’ll offer to help you in another way.
