Methods of yoga teaching varies from person to person. But out of my 10 years experience i prefer Nadi shuddhi as very important step as 72lakh nadis(energy channels) need to be cleansed. I teach yoga as given in traditional texts. Yoga happens after certain changes we make in ourselves like yam niyam asana pranayama Dharana Dhyan and samadhi. These are 7 steps to yoga. Yoga happens in last 2 steps. Yoga means union of individual spirit with universal spirit. You have to experience it. It can’t be explained in words. Yoga is way of life. Symbol of yoga is a lotus which grows in muddy waters. As like a lotus the yoga practitioner rises above all negativity or doshas.
