About Alaïs
After spending 8 years abroad, I now work as a freelancer and lead workshops in high schools, universities and local missions to allow everyone to get to know each other to discover their potential and find a profession that resonates with what we are deep. I also support high school students in setting up projects that are part of the social and solidarity economy.
Sharing my knowledge and skills but also allowing everyone to discover and reveal themselves is at the heart of my life.
Practicing different sports since I was very young, over the years I have developed a certain awareness of the human body which pushed me to always want to understand it more. My beginnings in yoga 8 years ago allowed me to develop my physical skills and a healthy and balanced relationship with my body.
My now daily practice of yoga (among other things) has allowed me to find such well-being and balance that I first wanted to share my knowledge with friends suffering from depression or simply wishing to improve their physical skills. For a year I volunteered to give yoga classes and other physical activities to a group of around thirty people. No matter where I traveled, I couldn't help but offer yoga sessions to the people around me (at the office, on a hike, to my roommates, to my neighbors, before an event, during a training, etc.). I enjoyed it so much that it seemed obvious to me that I would one day obtain a yoga teacher diploma.
Trained and graduated by Satya Yoga Ashram (certified by Yoga Alliance) during a 200-hour training in Hatha yoga, Vinyasa and meditation, it is now a pleasure for me to share ancestral knowledge and to show the interest and benefits to practice yoga and integrate it into your life!

Practicing yoga opens a door to well-being, peace, self-acceptance, concentration and resilience. Towards our inner world.
From my various experiences in yoga for more than 8 years but also from my other experiences in physical and mental well-being, I extract the most relevant elements for each individual and share them in my classes.
It is based on the specific needs, expectations and goals of each student, beginner or intermediate, that I build my classes by combining Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa and meditation.
These can be more or less dynamic, more or less intense but always carried out with kindness and respect for oneself and each person's limits.
