About Letícia

Graduated in management, recently graduated as a Yoga teacher at the Sundari Center school and a Yoga practitioner for almost 10 years.
The love for Yoga brought me the need to share this love and wisdom with all those who, like me, want to lead a lighter, more harmonious life, full of well-being and purpose. These feelings guide my teaching and practice, with a focus on helping students better connect with themselves and their surroundings.

About the lesson

We all need a moment to take care of ourselves, our body and our mind as a whole. Here I help you to find a place specially designed to welcome you, welcome you and help you in this process of self-discovery.
I like to work with small classes, which allows attention to individual needs, thus facilitating personal development and respecting the goals, physical condition, challenges and peculiarities of each one.

The practice of Hatha Yoga presents the traditional teachings of Yoga aimed at integral health and vitality. It consists of asanas (postures), permanence, alignment, breathing and internal purification techniques, relaxation and meditation.
Suitable for all levels of practitioners.
