About Monica
Certified Hatha yoga teacher by the Community of Madrid and also by the Nagual center in Madrid. I am a meditation and Mindfulness instructor and I teach training in multinational companies. In addition, I am a shiatsu therapist, a discipline that I usually incorporate in my training to individuals.

1-1.30h Sessions.
Aimed at people with any type of experience, age and gender.
Each class focuses on awareness and calming the mind through body work with postures (asanas) and breathing work.
We move the spine, the main axis of our posture and our body, and also the fundamental energetic axis. We also work on breathing and its movement through the diaphragm.
The sessions will have different objectives or approaches. We work in the areas of the spine: neck, shoulders, lumbar; the joints. At the same time we affect deeper structures and functions of the body such as the digestive, hormonal, respiratory and nervous systems. With continued practice, the practitioner generates stability and balance and a greater sense of harmony.
What do we need?
A quiet and ventilated space where we can practice without interruptions and where we can lie down and move comfortably. Comfortable clothes, that do not constrict, and without socks.
As additional elements, it would be interesting to have:
• A mat. These are usually made of a non-slip material that makes sure that the feet and hands do not slip in some positions. Otherwise, you can use a soft towel or a rug.
• A blanket, to keep warm in relaxation and sometimes as support.
• Yoga blocks that can be substituted for a wide-spine book.
