About Elena
Hello! I am Elena, I come from Costa Rica, and I am dedicated to being a performing artist, a Dance and Yoga teacher, and a university student of Psychology at the University of Costa Rica. I love Iyengar Hatha Yoga because it takes the time to deepen each pose in harmony with the breath; and find ways to adjust them to our body, which instead of seeking perfection, seeks enjoyment, calm, and mental and physical strength.

I invite you to recharge yourself with positive energies with a Hatha Yoga session in the morning, or in the afternoon, to breathe and revitalize the body through the postures (asanas). We will take the time to enjoy our body and to know ourselves more and more (svadyaya). Our focus will be on entering calmness through breathing (pranayama) and concentration (dhyana), by placing our attention on a single point (dharana), while strengthening and stretching the body with much love and calm.
