I have been a private tutor for the last fifteen years, working with students in both public and private schools. I have tutor students from quite a large age range from primary education on to secondary school and those studying at university as well as a few post-graduate students. Along with being a tutor, a playwright and documentary filmmaker. Personally I attended Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and York University in Toronto Canada. My first degree was in Liberal Arts with a strong focus on both drama and English Literature. I have a passion for literature and I has a tutor like to pass on that passion to my students. I do have particular skills with regards to structuring essays, a skill which I have noticed many very bright students often lack. I also work very hard to help students truly understand the texts which they are studying. It is only through truly understanding these literary works can students then write about them.
