About Anna

I've been dancing since I was 10 years old. And the main thing I've come to in dance is body awareness. To understand my body and its possibilities. I find an individual approach to each student, based on their wishes and body capabilities

About the lesson

I teach contemporary, twerking, ballet, hip-hop, high heels dance. My class lasts an hour. 15 minutes of warm-up and then technique or improvisation. I use different teaching methods for different styles of dance. The training itself is aimed at developing musicality, technique, plasticity and awareness in movements
