About Upasana

I am a clinical psychologist intern at Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata. I have done my undergraduate from Calcutta University and my postgraduate from St. Xavier's University, Kolkata. Along with that I have experience in teaching for 3 years. I aspire to spread awareness regarding mental health so that the world becomes a better place for each and everyone.

About the lesson

My tutoring approach is student-centered, focusing on the individual's growth and success. I aim to create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning. I strive to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, using examples and analogies when necessary. I ensure that the student understands the fundamentals before moving on to more advanced topics. I adapt my teaching style and pace to match the student's learning speed and preferences. I am open to adjusting the approach as needed to ensure effective learning. I recommend additional resources such as books, online tutorials, or videos that can complement our tutoring sessions and further support the student's learning. I maintain open and clear communication with both the student and, if applicable, their parents or guardians. This ensures that everyone is informed about the progress being made.
