About Vedia
I taught English to Turkish students for 25 years. I made and host TV programs on cooking and I am a published writer and translator. My cooking and presenting what I cooked is legendary in Istanbul. I know all kinds of Middle Eastern food and how to prepare healthy and tasty foods for adults, kids and for everyone.
