About Aasma
I’m Aasma Ameer, a math and economics tutor with eight years of experience. I can teach primary to middle level students (all subjects). I love helping students build confidence and truly understand what they’re learning. Teaching is my passion because I enjoy making learning simple, supportive, and engaging. I take a student-centered approach to tutoring, focusing on adapting each lesson to the unique needs, learning style, and goals of the individual student. My aim is not just to help students understand the material, but to build their confidence, critical thinking, and independent learning skills. I start by assessing what the student already knows, then build on that foundation through clear explanations, visual aids, and real-world examples. For younger learners or beginners, I often incorporate games and activities to keep lessons engaging.
