I am currently finishing my PhD in math, doing a master's in quantitative economics. I have always been passionate about math and always look for ways on how it explains and helps us in our lives, whether it be movies, food, or even video games.

Being a math games and math olympiads coach, I am able to both engage harder concepts and also deconstruct them as needed. I first gauge the student's understanding of the basics until I know how to continue. I do that using questions and exercises. Once I figure out where the student is lacking, I give a quick reminder and then examples. If possible, I use animations and graphs because visualizations make understanding easier. I also deconstruct the concepts to make them into manageable bites. I tutored students in middle school all the way to engineering graduates.
