About Yelyzaveta
I have over 17 years of experience in sports, of which 14 years were spent as a professional tennis player. After ending my career due to injuries, I decided to dedicate myself to helping people achieve their goals - health, fitness or rehabilitation and recovery from injuries. I graduated with honours from a Polish university with a degree in "Sports Sciences" and received a master's degree from the National University of Physical Education and Sports Rehabilitation in the field of "Physical Education and Sports Rehabilitation". I constantly improve my professional skills and apply modern training methods to ensure effective and safe results during our work.

I trained in academies in Slovenia, Croatia and Western Europe, so I use modern and effective methods. I have been working with teenagers (from 15 years old) and adults for over five years! I am constantly learning and implementing new techniques in my training. My clients have achieved impressive results: they have lost over 20 kg of excess weight, gained muscle mass to a healthy norm, and got rid of back and joint pain. In addition to physical training, I always pay attention to psychological health, because it plays a key role in achieving the goals set.
