I am passionate about ensuring every young person has the opportunity to succeed and achieve their individual goals. I feel it's important to build those relationships before academic learning can take place; without those foundations, learning can become mechanical. A young person learns far easier if they see the relevance to them, so making it appropriate to them and their interests is crucial.
