About Alex
My name is Alex, and I have been practicing fitness for almost 8 years, before that, I practised a multitude of sports: mountain biking, tennis, american football, rugby, swimming, basketball and rock climbing.
My passion for sports is great and on one hand, I want to share it, and on the other use it to be able to help as many people as possible achieve their goals.
Too often all people need is external motivation, key information or rigorous monitoring.
I love laughing and having fun with my loved ones and also want to make sport fun and rewarding, not a chore.

Several tools are available to us during our sessions together: relaxation, cardio, strength training, circuit training, outdoor coaching, indoors and remotely. Our sessions together can take place once or several times a week; 30' 45' or 1 hour.
During our sessions we will elaborate a plan to get to your goals effectively and realistically, we can also talk about that cute cat video that just came out :)
