About Jena
Jena continues to develop her knowledge of somatic healing, breathwork, energy work, sound healing, mobility and other various movement practices to create an empowering, healing and wholesome experience for people to feel harmony and belonging within themselves. Her teachings bring out the power of choice and the greatness that comes when you willingly make the choice to show up for you. Self-care is a building block of healing, which leads to gratitude and trust in something bigger than yourself. She supports students in embodying their truth and wisdom and cultivating acceptance in their experience on and off their mats. Her continuous commitment to growth allows her teachings to always be expanding and evolving, empowering everyone to rise through low density energy and to step into their true power.

I use a lot of anatomy and somatic cues to help students bring awareness and awakening to sensations deep within their bodies, strengthening their innermost core muscles, while embodying expansion and connectedness. I also use "I am" mantras and seed sounds that are supportive in healing, transforming and awakening the mind, body and soul. I teach from my heart in full presence of the moment to deliver the best instruction for everyone present, whether in person or on my online videos. My embodied experience of healing from a lot of physical abuse and my ability to hold a safe space from this experience, helps people to let go, feeling supported and stabilized in the release.
