I wholeheartedly recommend Aishwarya as a tutor. She is an exceptionally patient, supportive and dedicated person who genuinely cares about helping others succeed. She has a wonderful ability to explain even challenging concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand way. Her friendly personality makes students feel comfortable, confident and motivated to learn. She is highly responsible, professional and always willing to go the extra mile to support her students. Aishwarya is a great teacher. I decided the dishes that I wanted to learn and Aishwarya gave me a list of ingredients. The lessons themselves were lots of fun, easy to do, online. We managed to get through 2 dishes in one hour and were are going to do more dishes in the second hour. Many of the dishes use the same spices so getting the ingredients together before the lesson was easy. She also suggested where we could get the ingredients from. Aishwarya is very knowledgeable about Indian cooking and the dishes we cooked were prepared using straight forward methods which I am confident about doing on my own. Some of the dishes I tried to cook before but Aishwarya recipe was much tastier.
