A heart-centered approach in guiding you back to your inner truth enabling you to move forward on your journey. Quite often people can be stuck in the monkey mind causing stress, anxiety and depression. Through mentoring, guidance and meditation, you will have the space to go beyond the patterns of the mind and discover that you already have the answers within you. The first session will be about connecting, looking at where you are at in the present and where you want to be.
