About Lina
I've been a dancer since I was 3 years old and a dance teacher since I was 17. I can't imagine doing anything else!
In addition to having studied various dance genres, I am a certified personal trainer, which helps me better understand the body and movement. That understanding gives me the ability to explain to my students how to do a step and help them get it done.

For me the most important thing is that my students feel comfortable and have fun learning to dance. I am here to guide you and give you confidence. No matter your level, I will help you find your own style. We will work on technique, musicality, strength, flexibility and body language. We will also improve your dance through choreography and freestyle. I will give you all the tools to discover everything your body is capable of doing and to feel good dancing!

Llevo dos años, desde la pandemia, haciendo ejercicio dos veces por semana con Lina. Me encantan las sesiones porque son personalizadas y hace las correcciones necesarias en forma profesional y respetuosa. Mi estado físico movilidad y flexibilidad han mejorado sustancialmente. Es la mejor decisión que he tomado en los últimos años y tengo la suerte de contar con la ayuda de Lina.
Recomiendo a Lina 100%. Yo soy una persona con un cuerpo difícil ya que soy muy delgado y con poca flexibilidad. Con Lina he aprendido a escuchar a mis músculos; ella tiene siempre mil alternativas distintas para avanzar. Siempre se preocupa de hacer ejercicios donde realmente trabajes lo que te propones. No me cabe duda que sea lo que sea lo que quieres, ya sea hacer músculo, adelgazar, estés embarazada o saliendo de una lesión, vas a poder ponerte en forma y tener la visión de entender lo qué estás haciendo y por qué. Es pura motivación, mucho mejor que ningún entrenador personal que haya probado antes.
