The most important aspects of learning a new language is to have a genuine interest in it and to put in the hours and being consistent.
I will always recommend self studying every day and to create a routine about your learning.
I then offer supplemental learning based on conversations, reading, listening and studying all the more tricky nuances of the language - because Danish has quite a few.
I have more focus on intuitive learning by doing and listening than a grammar and rules based approach.
You will get recordings of the material from each lesson, spoken by me so you can listen as much as you need to.

Perfect!
Perfect! Malte is a very experienced tutor, I highly recommend him!!
Perfect! We decided it was time for my 13 year old son to learn the Danish language, so we dove right in with Malte after a short interview online. Malte has been teaching my son twice a week for close to 5 months now. He has kept my son interested, engaged and wanting to continue to learn. Besides the typical grammar, spelling, writing and speaking, Malte has also introduced videos and Danish music - much to my sons liking. Malte brings a good energy to the lessons and training. The online teaching, homework, correspondence and scheduling has been flawless, even across various time zones. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Malte.

I met Malte many years ago when traveling through Europe and was impressed by his fluency in german.
Since then we have had many language exchanges and I even tried to learn some danish (which is soo hard) but he was great at explaining and helping with prenounciation.
I have also improved my english skills very much through our exchanges.
Recommended very much!Malte has helped me over longer time achieving a much better understanding of the language and the small nuances you can only learn from a person speaking it nativly.
He has not only given me a better understanding of danish language and culture but also many other aspects of life which I did not expect.
We have been good friends for many years.Malte has a natural flair for language and communication. I think he has the patience to meet any student and help them elevate their language skills. Giving him my warmest recommendation.
