About Chandan
Over the past 11+ years, I've taught thousands of students and delivered 30,000+ sessions, from private one-to-one classes to large group and corporate sessions. I trained in Mysore under Yogacharya Bharath Shetty and Sarath Jois, so my teaching is rooted in traditional practice, adapted for modern life.
My speciality is therapeutic yoga. I help people with neck and back stiffness, posture problems from desk work, and recovery from injuries to move better and feel better. I also teach Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Power Yoga for strength, flexibility, and calm.
I've also led wellness programmes for corporate teams, so I understand the physical and mental strain of busy professional life.
