About Shahad
Welcome! I’m based right here in London, where I’ve studied all my life. I’m a Biomedical Scientist with a Master’s in Cancer Biology — but literature and English have been a lifelong passion of mine. I offer English and literacy tuition for ages 3–16, plus university essay proofreading, CV writing, and academic support. My approach is friendly and professional: young learners enjoy fun, interactive lessons that spark curiosity, while older students get careful, expert guidance. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to help you succeed.

I offer English and literacy tuition for children aged 3–16, as well as university-level essay proofreading, CV writing, and academic support.
For younger learners, I create fun, interactive lessons where children actually enjoy coming to learn. I firmly believe that if a child isn’t engaged, even the most knowledgeable tutor can’t help them progress — so I focus first on sparking curiosity and building confidence, and the progress naturally follows! For university students, I provide thorough, careful proofreading and guidance to help your writing shine.
