About Dany
I live in London at the moment but I lived in different countries where i have done some volunteering work which make my heart happy.
I discovered yoga at a difficult time in my life with stress anxiety and a family bereavement.My life was transformed with the practice and I decided to study with a school in India , i have 5 years with yoga in my life and my purpose is to contribute with love by sharing my learning.
with a touch of holistic Approach I will help you to discover your Inner Peace to reduce stress anxiety and contribute physical and Emotional Balance .I am keeping myself updated on my progress in learn each day to bring the best possible to my students.
Do what i love makes me happy but the satisfaction is contribute a bit in the life of others.
My qualification is approved by
Indian yoga Association
International yoga federation, (IYF)
Yoga Alliance USA.
International Association of Reiki Professionals.

As a yoga teacher with Holistic touch my classes will help you balance your body system to enhance your overall well-being where students of all levels feel supported; I focus not only on the approach of physical aspects of yoga but also on mental health.
I emphasise proper alignment to ensue safety and maximize the benefits of each pose to help healing body from inside (organ related to the pose) .
Mindfulness is a cornerstone of my teaching i integrate breathwork and meditation into my sessions encouraging students to cultivate a deeper awareness of their bodies and minds this mindful helps students promoting relaxation and stress relief, and give them the tools to become more aware not only in classes but in situations where they need mostly for the breath in a higher stress situation for example.
