About Bensu
Yoga for me means “Journey to Myself”, it means life itself… The journey with yoga is actually a kind of “return to oneself”… In other words, it is much more than turning into something else or a “transformation”… We return to the most natural state of our existence and what is in ourselves. .
While I was traveling with different teachings on the journey of life, I experienced the healing that comes with the spiritual, mental and physical healing and unifying power of yoga when his path crossed with Yoga. I said, “If yoga has changed my life so much for the better, why shouldn't it be the same for others?” In addition to these trainings, since 2010, when I stepped into the world of yoga, I have had the opportunity to take lessons from many wise and inspiring people.
I continue my studies where I share the healing power of yoga and art with others. As a Yoga Instructor, I strongly believe that everyone can find something for themselves in yoga.
My aim is to help the individual to benefit from the ancient and contemporary teachings/practices that I participate in, by being applied and tested in a holistic (mental and physical) way by the individual. I take the importance of learning yoga with awareness and continuing yoga practice in my classes, which I prepare by blending mindfulness approach and meditation with yoga. I still continue to perform the “Journey to Yourself” Yoga and Purification Camps that I designed with another yoga instructor friend, with the participation of different groups in different parts of Turkey throughout the year.

In general, my one-to-one private lessons start with meditation, breathing techniques, energy studies, continue with the flow, mainly yoga postures (physical exercises) shaped according to demand, and end with meditation and deep relaxation. It takes about 90 minutes. my purpose; The people I guide on this path are able to experience the effects of yoga spiritually as well as its physical and mental healing, to see the reflections and effects of yoga in their lives.
