Hello, My name is Alona. I’m a personal trainer and Pilates teacher with over 4 years of experience teaching private and group classes. I love working with clients one-on-one, creating sessions that combine the best of Pilates and strength training for a balanced and effective workout. My programs are designed so you can train at home with minimal equipment while still getting great results. When I design lessons, I combine different methods to create balanced and effective workouts. My base is the BASI Pilates system, but I use a modified approach that adapts to each person’s needs and body type. I believe that no two people move the same way, so I adjust exercises to improve alignment, posture, and movement quality for each individual. Along with Pilates, I include strength and functional training to build stability, mobility, and full-body strength. My sessions often mix elements of core control, mobility work, and resistance training to help clients move better and feel stronger in daily life. My goal is to make each workout effective and enjoyable. Something you can easily do at home with minimal equipment, while still seeing real progress.
