About Leilani
During my primary education, one of my favorite subjects was English, and every day I looked forward to participating in class discussions. In high school, I began working with children within the Twin Rivers district and taught them about the cultural impact dance has on indigenous communities. Now, in college, I am grateful for the opportunity to continue reading, writing, and communicating with non-native English speakers to share the things I’ve learned through personal research.

I am communicative, patient, and love problem-solving. Typically, I teach students in a dance class setting, but I am excited to sit down with my future students one-on-one and teach them the beauty of language. It brings me joy to share knowledge, and I like to think of myself as a lifelong learner.
