About Benjamin
Nothing feels better than thinking well, in a way that only you can. That's been the North Star of my career, whether as the Cultural Specialist at Cottonwood Gulch Expeditions in New Mexico, a United States Peace Corps representative, or a student at the University of Utah, the University of Edinburgh, and now Victoria University Wellington. I have particular expertise in American and Modernist literature, critical writing, and poetry.

Critical thinking is the core of my lessons. I take my students as they are, helping them harness their unique perspectives into compelling ideas. Whether preparing for a 3rd grade spelling test, puzzling over a literary text in secondary school, improving your poetry passion-project, or writing a professional CV more memorable than anything AI-assisted, I help students think deeply and feel seen. First session is free. I can't wait to meet you!
